I'd like to do something for you guys, if you want, for these hols. PS I'm pretty much stealing this from phoenixacid. Also, I'm not sure I can offer much =/ but I'm also not expecting anyone to go all-out this year or anything.

So here's my rec list, la la la. Put in alphabetical order because I didn't know any other order to put it in that wouldn't be hard =/. I tried to indicate which fics are long or not, and realised it's not a very good indication at all. Basically I see multi-chaptered as a fic set out with lots of chapters, long fics are fics that are 10k+, one-shot as about 3 to 10k, and short as about 1 or 2 thousand words.

So much for the stereotypical hot Perth weather - I'm freezing my arse off! Well, I should enjoy it while I can, because when it gets hot it'll stay hot until the end of May *eye roll* Last Summer just would. not. end.

I want to see this too, although it looks like it could either be really good, or reeeally bad (Like The Mummy movies =/ ). I have played the video game - a very fun game even though I didn't finish it. I can't believe Disney is making this movie...watev.

So I've gone and claimed The Blue Light over at tobreakthespell. *bites nails* I hope I haven't got myself into something I can't finish, but I have the summer hols to do it so it should be fine. Iv'e already got some groovy ideas. I went on wikipedia to find fairy tales because I don't know many, and the ones I do know I don't really want to do except for maybe Sleeping Beauty, which was snatched up before I could get to it. But I'm not complaining - because it was taken by zarah_5 who's one of my fav authors. She'll do a better job than me. I'm also happy to see eos_rose take The Frog Prince - can't wait to read that one!

There's a commercial airing tomorrow around Australia that has this old woman, right, standing in the kitchen (I saw a snippit on the Morning Show this morning) and she says (IIRC):
